RETURN POLICY
If for whatever reason you are unhappy with the seasonings you receive, simply send them back to us within 14 days of purchase for a full refund. We’ll do whatever it takes to make your experience with Spice Sisters – Seasonal Pairings a positive one. We do not charge a restocking fee.When returning a purchase, we’d really appreciate it if you could tell us, if you don’t mind, the reason for the return. This helps us to do better in the development of our seasonings. Just be kind, please. If you choose to return a seasoning we’ll need to know if you prefer a credit card refund or a Spice Sisters-Seasonal Pairings store credit.
All shipping charges incurred for returning purchases to Spice Sisters unless it is the result of our error, are the sole responsibility of the customer.
REFUND POLICY
Customers who have returned unopened seasoning packages will receive a full refund within 21 days of when the returned items are received by us.Customers who have returned opened packages of seasoning will receive a Spice Sisters – Seasonal Pairings store credit within 21 days of receipt of the package.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Because we process all orders by hand at one location we are able to accept cancellations within the full first 24 hours of when the order was placed; any requests for order cancellations received after this time cannot be accepted. If you are unable to submit a cancellation within the 24 hr. deadline you may still return your purchased seasoning packages unopened, after receiving them for a full refund or credit to our online store.
DELIVERY/SHIPPING POLICY
For online orders we charge actual shipping costs based on USPS rates which are displayed in your cart and during checkout. These charges are calculated and automated within our shopping cart system and all charges are clearly visible during the check out process. There is a very minimal $2.00 shipping/handling fee on all orders.
Regarding internet transaction security, Spice Sisters – Seasonal Pairings.com is a certified secure site, and uses SSL (secure socket layer) technology, indicated by the (godaddy/starfield) SSL certificate seal. The security notifications are indicated via the Authorize.net seal. Information is only transferred via Authorize.net for payment processing.Our encryption works on a 128-bit system. We have purchased this premium security package to insure that Spice Sisters-Seasonal Pairings customers are given the highest level of security offered on the market today.
- When checking out via our online shopping cart through the use of an account which you have previously setup, our system retains only your shipping and billing particulars.
- When you add items to your shopping cart a "product identifier" cookie is placed on your computer to remember the items added to your cart until you check out or close your browser. We monitor our web logs by employing the use of "stat counters" which assist us in determining the most useful pages to our customers.
- We do not store information about customers; the only thing tracked is information on the performance of our website, and the only identifiable information recorded is a computer’s IP address. This tool is solely used to help us improve the content of the site.
- Spice Sisters-Seasonal-Pairings does not sell or trade your information.
